By using PrivateSnap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Refund Policy
PrivateSnap offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all Premium purchases. Request a full refund within 7 days by emailing artioapps@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject and your purchase details.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Refund eligibility may vary in cases of abuse or fraud
3. Return Policy
PrivateSnap is a digital product delivered electronically. Traditional returns do not apply. If unsatisfied, see our Refund Policy. You may uninstall at any time.
4. Cancellation
Premium is a one-time payment with no recurring fees. No subscription cancellation is needed.
5. Promotions
Promotional offers are valid for the specified period. Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. Refund eligibility (7-day) applies to promotional purchases. Promotional terms are displayed at time of offer.
6. Acceptable Use
Use of PrivateSnap is subject to your local laws. You are responsible for compliance. You must not use PrivateSnap for any illegal purpose or in violation of others' rights.
7. Support and Updates
Support: Customer support and extension support are guaranteed through 2028. We respond within 24–48 hours at artioapps@gmail.com.
Updates: Bug fixes and minor updates are included with your purchase. Major or feature updates may require a separate purchase.
8. Payment Terms
All prices are in EUR (€). Payments are processed via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payment data is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store payment card details.
